Changing the Hue/Saturation to tiles

First of all I opened the original image in PhotoShop.

I then inverted the image by going to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation.

The following settings were applied: Hue +185, Saturation +75 and Lightness -20.

With the font colour was set to whiteI added the piece of text 'C' onto a new layer. The font was quite large (Myriad Pro 36pt). I the flipped this horizontally by going to Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical.

I then changed the font size down to 8pt and added the text U B I S and T on to new layers respetively. I used the move tool to position appropriately.

This is the final result:
